Hi Ihave a 1990 townace and the moon roof has packed up. It starts to open, but only one side drops down the other side stays jammed up. Any ideas. Ed

Suspect the rear shoe for that side has jammed/disconnected itself. If it is the same as the Spacecruiser (I think it is), if you remove the switch panel you should see a manual operation point that you can get a socket onto and try that. If it's still the same then it's roof lining out to get to the business end of the of the control drives. Remove the moon roof surround first and unbolt the glass, you may be able to get at everything without removing the rest of the headlining, can't remember I had a snapped worm drive.
