hi all me again alternator has stoped charging the battery i am wondering if its the fact that i have a squeeky belt.i checked with the meter very little change in that.could it be the fact that i charged the battery with out disconecting it first thanks jason

Hi Jason,
yes a squeaky belt can and will cause a flat battery, so its best to start by replacing it
