(Home) Mondeo overheating problem

Can anyone help?

I have a Ford Mondeo 1995 2Ltr which reads red in the temp gauge after about 4 miles. I've changed the thermostat & no difference. I've removed the thermostat & no difference. I've fushed the sytem & still no difference. Hopefully heres some clues, but not sure what they mean.
The Front radiator is cold (all over). The main radiator behind is warmest, more so at the bottom. The pipes top & bottom are hot. The expansion tank is cold. I'm not loosing any coolant.

Have ideas but not sure if theres a way to check them. How do I know if the water pump is working??

This could be a tall order for a Toyota message board, unless Mr Miller is lurking in the background, but I'll give it a go.

The front radiator is likely to be for the air conditioning not cooling. I would suspect that the radiators may have blocked fins that are preventing air flow through the radiator. It could also be a failing cooling fan. If this doesn't cut in at the right temperature, it will start to overheat.

OK, we got a live one here. A couple of days away and what do I see- Ford! Arrgh...

Front rad isn't a rad, it's for A/C. Check the sender, it might be a combined one for the EFI. If not, get a manual...

Hello Dave, I thought things were a bit quiet from your neck of the woods, been anywhere nice?
Not just a Ford either, there is an Alpha tow bar a bit further down!
