My new Liteace has a sort of stick on net curtain material fitted to give interior privacy. It is a greyish brown colour, with a thick wide weave. It is very effective and looks quite good, but is frayed a peeling in places. Does anyone know where I can get more of the same, or failing that what would you recommend to replace it?

One thing to consider is that 'between the weave' the glass gets dirty. I have it on the rear door of the hiace. No idea how to clean it up properly....thought steam would do it....but unsure if it would end up de-bonding the fabric. Most motor factors stock various shades of privacy screen these days or you could have it professionally done.. for a price. I have never noticed the fabric type for sale though....

Good points, Chris - I had sort of assumed that the stuff had been put on in the UK but it might be a Japanese item. Certainly don't want to pay out megabucks, just thought it might be possible to replace the tatty bits without having to strip and replace the lot. Never mind, now that it's started to come off the glass, my kids will see to stripping it, I'm sure!
