Any ideas what could be causing the engine to cut-out when ever I stop at lights etc, otherwise whilst driving it is ok. Could adjusting the idle speed is all that is required.
It has just happenned before it was ok.
It is due for a service perhaps change of plugs will cure it, any ideas. Can I adjust the idle speed for temporary clear if so how?

Sounds like you are in need of a tune up. Plugs cleaned and gapped, timing and tickover checked. IIRC tickover is about 800rpm.
