(Home) Clutch adjustment

According to the previous owner my masterace only recently had a replacement clutch but it's set so i have to floor the pedal to get a decent gear change. I note from previous postings that it can only be adjusted at the pedal. If so how?

straight from the spacecruiser manual -
pedal height 171-181mm from floor pan (6.73-7.13in)
too adjust -
loosen the lock nut and turn stopper bolt until height is correct.
too check that pedal freeplay and push rod play are correct -
push in pedal until the beginning of clutch resistance is felt.
pedal freeplay: 5 -15mm (0.20-0.59 in.)
push rod free play at pedal: 1-5 mm (0.04-0.20 in.)
if necessary, adjust pedal freeplay and push rod play.
a) loosen the lock nut and turn the push rod until the freeplay and push rod play are correct.
b). tighten the lock nut.
c) after adjusting the pedal freeplay, check the pedal height.
also the same as the toyota van so assume it is the same for townace. the pedal adjuster is about where you would expect to find a brake light sender, the push rod adjuster is on the end of the pedal way on up under the dash.
