Have a 1990 Toyota Townace Super Extra, 2 litre deisel auto,as have not owned a deisel before,where would the fuel filter be and what does it look like, and is it easy enough to change,thanks for any info

Steve. Left hand side of the engine bay, at the back, you will see the hand priming button on top of the filter casing. The filter assembly unscrews from the housing, after you have disconnected the electrical connection, at the base, which signals that there is water in the trap. It is sometimes a bit easier to get at the filter body from under the vehicle, ie, somewhere behind the nearside front wheel

Having seen the size of filters in car accessory shop ,looked to find mine, have found it has been removed, anyone any idea where to get a new housing
