(Home) Hiace regius

Has anyone out there got one of these? I am thinking of changing my 1990 Townace for a 98 4WD Regius, 65000 KM. it looks a nice beast but i have never seen one before. It is an import waiying to come in. Do the newer Ace family suffer from the same overheating as the older ones? Any advice would be greatful.

Jim,

The Regius is a bit like the UK Spec Hiace Powervan which has a conventional engine up front layout. Toyota did this some years back to meet Euro crash test standards I believe.

I Powervans commercial vehicles are considered a good buy and hold there price well.

An owner on 'toyota owners club' has just got one. See recent posts there under imports
