Can anyone tell me if a windscreen from any of the other UK based toyotas will fit my 1990 townie. Or do I have to pay through the nose for an imported one??

I believe they do differ between models. Be aware that you will need to match any tints in the glass. They can differ between models depending on the colour of the bodywork.

Don't you have insurance cover on your windscreen? Better to give the like of Autowindscreens the headache. It will be costly if there's a screwup!

there is a townie breaking at 1st choice breakers in cardiff. when i went there recently all glass was in place. the van was a gray colour "i think"

i'm also fairly sure it was a 1990 or 1991 model.
