(Home) Would this fail an mot

Thinking of bidding on this vehicle on Ebay - I know it's hard to tell from here but does anyone think that the drivers side damage would fail an MOT?

Thank you!

Doesn't look that bad providing the damage hasn't gone much further down than what is visible to effect the chassis geometry and that the door mechanism still works.

after having downloaded pics of the cruiser and blown them up etc...the damage to this just makes it beyond economical repair for the insurance company because of the age of the vehicle (ie they would have to pay more to have fixed than to pay owner what its worth). this does not stop it from being used and would not stop it passing an mot as its far enough away from any area involved in structural mot stress points ! having said all that it could be repaired cheaply by pulling out dent and filling rather than re-pannelling. i say go for it but watch bidding as i reckon it will still finish around the 300 mark.. what about item No 2477135680..good luck

Thanks for the advice - mine is currently in the garage with a failed dizzy, butit's not a good vehicle anyway. This one is already much better than mine!
Now just got to figure out how to get it home if I win it...
