Why does oil level warning light come on (only when selecting forward (D) after coming out of reverse (R).No other time does it come on except this ???????? Very weird cant work it out unless switch in sump faulty !!!!!!!! Oh by the way before anyone suggests YES oil levels are all ok...cheers

I don't know but my light is coming on too, shortly after starting.
And yet the oil level is fine.

Mine is very sensitive to low levels. anything at or below half on the dipstick will result in my light occasionaly coming on especially when its cold, i think this is due to the slow retun to sump rate of thick oil and a cauious level attitude on toyotas behalf. I keep it in the upper part of the dipstick now
