Hi

My MOT garage say that my 1991 Townace has no fog light. I've pointed out the switch that I assumed was for it but they aren't having any luck finding a lamp it energises. It's been through MOTs three times before. Which bulb is it?

Will,
You will either have an after market fitment (not likely as the MoT can't find it), or you have had the tailgate brake lights rewired to act as fog lights (easy to spot as the tailgate brake lights won't work on the footbrake, side lights should still work though).

brilliant! spot on! the tailgate brake lights had been rewired to the front fog light switch. the problem was a blown fuse that the moter had missed. (the front fogs didn't work either.) now rectified and through its mot. many thanks.
