I am in the midst of replacing Head Gasket and revamping cooling system as per others that use this forum. The Head Gasket that I was supplied from the dealer here is too big, does anyone have the part number for the head gasket for a 1991 2ct, or possibly a website to look it up? The dealer here is completely clueless (Bahamas) about the litace as they are not offered through his dealership.

Ron. From the CD, Toyota list the cylinder head gasket as part No 11115-64121. This is for the 2CT engine from 1990-1991. Also listed is the "valve grind kit" and this includes other gaskets, ie, manifold, rocker cover etc. This kit is shown as suitable for 1989-1991 2CT engines and the part No is 04112-64086. These items may well suit the Camry model and your dealer might be able to confirm this.
A word of advice. The latest gasket is a laminated metal type and this is reckoned to be superior to the fabric/copper type. My supplier obtained this gasket and it has a part No of 11115-64170-BO. Your dealer ought to be able to confirm that the above numbers do relate to the latest type of gasket.
