I am I desperate need for an exhaust manifold for my 1989 F reg Model F Spacecruiser.It has I believe a 3YO engine.The bolts that held the inlet manifold to the exhaust manifold have finally given up the ghost and I asked my brother in law to drill and remove the broken ends.He however neglected to take much care and just drilled willy nilly and now I have elongated holes or the hole is too large.Anyway to cut a long story short I now need a replacement manifold and bolts.I cannot collect as my only means of transpot is manifoldless but am willing to pay for the item and postage or I could get City Link to pick it up for me.For me speed is of the essence as I live in a village without bus route so car is essential.

Is it not possible to tap in a larger bolt thread?
I can't remember if the bolt ways go outside of the exhaust route or not? If they do why not drill right through and use long bolts? Feed them up rather than bolting down.
