I have problems with my inside fan,been told that the fan motor windings have had it and i need to renew fan

been looking and can not find anything that tells me how to remove the fan,i am sure it can not be that hard to renew the fan unit,has anyone out there renewed this unit and if so how ? plus where do you buy one , secondhand or new ?

this could be the thin line between do i get another car or put up with the heat.

Hello Joyce,
if you look at the post titled "how do you take out fan blower ?help" thread, you will see that removing the whole fan is an intense job. It suggests that removing the motor only, is a beter option.
