recently after a year of use our liteace had a radiator leak and although we caught it straight away and replaced that and the exhaust the head soon followed with 6 cracks in it. we have been offered all sorts of pricing and advice like fix the head replace the head or replace the enging the cost of these varying up to £1000.00.
now i have been offered an engine from a write off at a breakers which i am told works perfectly for £350+vat with 30 days guarantee, does anyone know any problems we might face if we go ahead and buy this, they are both 2 ltr TD and are fitted to 4WD lite aces. Or should we look at another option.
