How do I remove the fuel filter on my 2.0 EFI Townie? I know that the pipes must be disconected and the filter unbolted from the engine but will I need to clamp the pipes to avoid petrol loss? I know that there is a lot of pressure in EFI fuel lines.

Remove the fuel pump fuse or relay, then run until engine cuts out, then you have no fuel pressure to worry about. Filter can then be replaced safely. Then replace fuse/relay & allow pump to prime system, then start up.
