(Home) Bleeding fuel pump

I have just replaced the 'o' rings on the passenger door side of the fuel pump. There are two identical 'o' rings, one above the other.(no idea what the components are called.)Can anyone offer any advice re bleeding the fuel pump? I have removed the fuel line to one injector and cranked the engine.... nothing, except a flat battery.

have you pumped the fuel back up from the tank using the pump on top of the filter, when it goes hard it is primed then try cranking over with injector pipe off.....

Thanks Neil, I had read on the archive about something on top of the fuel filter and kind of dissmissed this as being on another model. Just been out and found the bleeding thing! Worked a treat, all up and running.. started second time around. Thaks again, what a great site this is!

One is the thermowax thingy, not sure on the other.
Just replaced mine only to find that leak is coming from the inside of the coil bit on the thermowax unit. Still only happens when cold, I'll fix it after Bridport.
