it has been sometime since my last dilemma after the help I received at Brean all was well until recently that is..we have developed a rather nasty oil leak, I have taken it to the garage and been told that it is being caused by a build up of pressure caused by heat damaged pistons that are forcing the oil through all gasket points and there is nothing I can do but wait for the engine to go...humm not the answer I want. Any ideas? or engines on offer! oh and about time I bought a manual too. Lastly weve got a nice black smoke effect in low gear will try the injector cleaner and see what happens

Where is the leak from?
Could you pull off the pipe at the top of the engine, the one just along from the oil filler cap, start it up and let us know if you just get a gentle puff or a gush, once the eingine has warmed up?
