I guess you are not intending to swap like for like?
The best bet is to go to a carb specialist who may well have a direct replacement. You will lose a lot of the vacuum pipes. Webber, Solex and Nikki did do a replacement for the Spacecruiser carb.

Try www.webcon.co.uk for Weber carbs. Looks like £200plus. Have you thought about getting the carb overhauled, comes back like new?
