My advice to you would be NOT to use radweld, because whilst it will stop the leak, it will also block a lot of the waterways in the radiator.
I am speaking from experience here, I am going to have to replace or recore the radiator soon due to radweld blocking the lower half of the radiator.
I remember quite some years ago having a leak in a radiator, I took the rad out (apparently not an easy job on these) i then waited for the rad to dry completely, then sealed the hole with a small piece of body filler.
I had the car for a further three years and it didn't leak after that.
Try it, you cant lose anything by it (unless you use radweld that is).

gordon,

you could try a product called novastop, it is far supperior to radweld, is permanant and is supposed to block only the leaking hole. i used it on my fait punto a couple of years ago and so far so good, its about a tenner a bottle.
