Can anyone out there help!!!!!!
Stopped for petrol this morning & couln't restart ace. Have narrowed the problem down to small cylidrical barrell shaped part which is bolted to the underside of the bodys engine compartment (just about were the passenger seat hinges when lifted)Is this the vehicles started motor cellenoid? 2.Were can I get one, 3 If it isn't s/m cellenoid what is it. Any help would be greately apprieciated

It's the glowplug solenoid (I presume you meant diesel when you said petrol?...)and only affects starting when the engine is cold.

When you say couldn't restart, do you mean the starter won't operate? If so, sounds like the famous "voltage drop" that's documented elsewhere on the site...
