I am trying to change a blown glow-plug 80A fuse situated under/behind the drivers seat. I can remove the yelow ,red fuses but no matter how hard I pull the black 80A son of a bitch , it won't come out. I've noticed it has a slight inward groove down its side, is there a special knack required to remove this thing many thanks....

These don't simply pull out. You need to undo the two screws, one either side. The fuse then slides out. Note the two sizes of screw so they can't be mixed up on replacement.
