hi can some one tell me have they ever towed with a
2.2 td townace auto as i am thinking of towing a
caravan please help a.s.a.p

Hi Adrian, I have put a towbar on my 2.td auto Liteace and have been towing my 16ft caravan 900kgs for three months and it is alright. But no racing car doesn't like hills on the motorway at all. If it is worth anythink at all to you, i will carry on touring ! Hope this helps you

Re your question about towing .We had a Townace until two weeks ago.While towing in France on a Hot day using the air con we overheated,after new head gasket,then replacement engine have now traded town ace for Previa.What you have to remember is that the Japs do not Tow.
