Townace Super Extra 1990 fitted with "double" type Toyota radio/casette player - top section is MW and lower section is FM/Casette player. FM band only goes up to 90 mHz, and c/player needs good service. Only thing is .....how on eath do you get them out without demolishing the entire dash??

Undo the two screws that hold the upper trim in above the speedo facia, above steering wheel, then gently tug the top trim away. The this will reveal the screws along the top of the radio/switch trim, remove these & that trim comes away. Next undo the four screws that hold the radio bracket in & hey presto, the radio comes out.

Many thanks for the advice. The radio is now out. Soooooooooo easy when u know how !!! After a Triumph Spitfire these Townies are a bit more complicated.By the way, if anyone is interested , my well loved Spit is up for sale - email me if you want details.
