Hi

I need a part for my liteace fxv ltd 1992. It is a sensor/switch that operates the auto aircon and is mounted to the right of what appears to be the water temperature sensor on top of the engine. Is there anyone breaking their townace/liteace that can help? I have a photo that shows the location if it helps.

Two senders on the water outlet elbow, atop the head. One turns the fans on if the engine is too hot, the other turns the a/c off if the engine gets even hotter. As you're one of us now, you'll be aware of the need to watch your temp gauge and no doubt you'd be able to turn the a/c off manually if you ever needed to. If you're happy with this, you can just short the wire going to that sender to earth, and your aircon will work happily at no cost!
