Hi

Does any one have a clue what the d/o button on the auto gearstick refers to and on the gear panel there is another red button but written in japanese any clue what this does cheers .....
Also on the dashboard a orange light appears for the oil but what is this for?

Sorry to ask so many question but just bought the townie and have no clue except to drive the beauti.

Hi.
D/o actually is O/D which stands for Overdrive?
The oil light means check oil level,the other red button written in japanese I haven't a clue

Aahh, that old chestnut, whatever you do, don't press the red button next to the gear stick. It's the se;f destruct button, only to be used when the brakes have failed & you don't want to hit the car in front.


NO NO sorry, got carried away there, or perhaps should have been.

The red button releases the gear stick, so you can move it without having to press the brake, or even have the ignition on.
