hi all,
i was wondering if anybody else has used the parts plaza unit 20 marshgate lane, london services, mainly because i am getting slightly worried about them.
i have ordered a head off them and paid by cheque. we gave them our address twice and when we rang to see if it had been dispatched (after my cheque had been cashed) they said they had no address to send it to(although they did not ring me to ask for it funnily enough). this was wednesday and the guy said that he was going to send it wednesday afternoon (and it is supposed to be 24 hour delivery). still no head today (friday). rang again and they are ringing me back to tell me if it has been dispatched or not in 15 mins. that was at 10.30 it is now 10.51. hmm, not looking good is it.
if anyone has had problems with this company or any good dealings with them i would be most grateful if you could let me know one way or the other.

Hi I used them earlier in the year for a new o/s rear light cluster.
However I did go and collect the item but found them helpful and reasonably friendly

I am glad that you had no trouble.
I however, am waiting for the head to be delivered after the cheque cashing on Tuesday although they promised me as soon as the cheque was cashed they would deliver it within 24 hours. Apparently it will be delivered Tuesday now (One week later) even though they promised it would be Friday where I waited in all day.
So we shall see.

Just got the head after a week and it was supposed to be 24 hour delivery.
Son looked at the head and it is burnt by the exhaust valve not as bad as the one I have but on the way out so it is knackered.
So I am never going to get anything from there again. Now I have the trouble of getting it sent back and getting my money back.
I have heard good reports from BBC spares so I expect i will end up getting one from there if I can.
