The cover to the heavy duty fuses under the driver's seat shows which fuse is which. The Glowplug fuse is 80A and your symptoms suggest that it is this one that has blown. They can be sourced from the more serious factors and auto-electricians but beware there are a few variants that look similar but will not fit. Best to take your old one along for a pattern. Cost varies from about £1.50 to £5 !

Note that these fuses don't blow for the hell of it. You may have a short somewhere in the glowplug circuit which comes direct from the battery and carries a heavy current. As fuses aren't cheap, best to source the fault first.

dear sir please could you inform me of the colour code for the wirring to the glow plugs from the batary to the relay in the b post as both relays are reciving power but from secoudry relay to glow plugs no power and we do not know what each wire holds high ten or low e.g.blue high ect

No need for the title of 'sir' - hey up will do.

Without looking I can't tell you the colours of the wires but if you are getting current to both relays, I would suspect that you have a short between the No1 relay and the plugs. The likely hotspots are:

1) the resistor that sticks out horizontally from the inlet manifold, just behind the fuel pump. Check the wires are connected correctly, two wires with large eyelets to the rear and a small wire on the front. It's also possible for the resistor to short-out. You can test this by bypassing it by removing the wires, connect the two larger ones and see if you get 11v at the plugs.

2) check the connections on the vertical connector on the top of the inlet manifold. Ensure that none of the wires are earthing. Also check the position of the 'bridge' that carries the current to the plugs to ensure it isn't touching any part of the engine.

Finally check each of the plugs, they can also fail.
