(Home) Brakes

Have a 93 town ace super xtra 4wd 2ltr diesel
with engine off the brake pedal is solid at top and can't be pushed down with engine running and car stationary the pedal goes to end stop and lets the car creep forward pumping pedal has no effect but once the car is moving the pedal stiffens up a bit and has some braking effect but still goes to bottom if pushed hard pumping the pedal has no effect still. Have had no fluid loss and system just bled by garage

hope someone can shed some light on it

Were your brakes OK before you were/the brakes were bled by the garage?
I would renew all fluid (moisture in fluid?)and rebleed...did they bleed the load compensator?...then strip each wheel...are pads/shoes contaminated with fluid or oil?? brake pistons free?? rear brakes adjusted right? springs hooked up??
Also check the pad pins to ensure the pads not snagging.
Would also check the brake servo to ensure functioning right/vac tube.....does it stop if you stand on the pedal with all your weight?...will the handbrake stop it???
