Hi all . My Liteace 4X4,2.0TD,has excessive tyre wear on the outer edges. She is fitted with alloys and 195/65R15 tyres.The tyres have pretty good tread left across 3/4 of the tyre but having the outer edges worn off ,does this make the tyre illegal?.I run with 38psi all round.The rear tyres are as good as new, would it be worth my while swapping the rears for the fronts.

You'd need to check on the legality, I think it's 1.6mm over 3/s and visible elsewhere, but don't quote me.

If you have the tracking set to neutral/ slight toe-out you'll reduce the chances of it happening againn...
