Does anyone know how where the throttle adjuster dial should be set on my 2.2td Lucida automatic, also at what revs should the turbo cut in at.

What do you mean "throttle adjuster dial"? are you trying to adjust a cable? Or the sensor on the pump?

And turbo's don't cut in at specific revs- they build boost depending on the amount of fuel added and the load the engine is under. But most diesels will be boosting from about 1500rpm, and at full boost at around the torque peak, which is ? 2000rpm...
