The cassette player in my Liteace FXV Limited has integrated controls for a cd changer. I've searched the vehicle but can't find one.

Does anyone know where these things are usually installed in case I've missed it? Finding one hidden would bring a wide smile to my face!

No idea I'm afraid, other than Toyota have done in-dash changers before. It's common for manufacturers to put controls on all head units, even if there's nothing connected. Do the buttons do anything? If there's a changer there, it should do something under control from the head unit. If there's no changer the buttons would likely be dead...

You have likely confirmed my suspisions. We tried pressing all the cd buttons and listening for any mechanism sounds throughout the vehicle to no avail.

Have cd changer on my liteace and its situated on the offside of vehicle next to first rear seat. Just behind the battery compartment. Hope this helps.
