the heater still runs after taking the heater control switch off and the relay out. can you think of any other fault. power is getting to the fan moter somehow.
the radio and hazzard light are on the same fuse line i have also taken the radio out too.?

sure you've pulled the right relay then? there's one that switches on at the same time as the fan one to enable a/c...
