My '90 townace drivers electric window was able to 'wind down', but not up, also the passanger window has ceased to work totally from either the drivers control or passenger switch. I have tried prodding the circut breakers(none of them seem to be popped out)The central locking is still working (and mirrors) assuming there is a fault in the circut breaker, which one is it and how are they removed?
Assuming the circut breaker is fine, I have removed the control from the armrest, there is no evidence of corrosion or damage. What next, I've checked on The archive, any ideas greatfully received.

Hi Jeff,

I had a very similar problem and it turned out to be the switch on the door. I'd stripped it down twice! It needs to be taken totally to pieces before you find the smallest bit of dirt or corrosion! Took two weeks of trying everything else before I got there though! So my advice bud, it's gonna be the switch in the door panel(s). Good luck
