(Home) tracking & camber

Hi all, I've got the tell tale edge wearing away on the front wheels, on closer inspection it's pretty obvious that the camber is also well out as the cams are years different and is noticable just looking at the wheels. So I need to know what settings I need for tracking, camber & ride height.

On another slightly related point, 2 tyres are re-inforced and 2 not, what should they be?

Hope someone knows this lot as I don't really want to replace my tyres and have the arse chewed out of them, thanks in advance

Opps, I buggered up my email address on the first one. This one is correct should anyone want it to send any info.

I posted this before for 2WD.
The camber is adjustable and unless you know what you are doing and have all the guages etc, not for the home mechanic to try.
Anyway here goes -
Camber 30' =/- 30'
Steering axis inclination 10 degrees +/- 30'
Caster 2 degrees 5' +/- 30'
Each graduation of the adjusting cam =
13'30" camber change and 12' caster change.
Each turn of the strut bar nut = 25' Caster change.

Toe-in, 0 +/- 1mm

Right adjusting cam on the front side of the lower suspension arm. Under the dirt you will see the alignment marks on the plate behind the big nut holding the arm on. Torque the nut to 1,550 kg-cm or 112 ft-lb after adjustment.

My tyres are reinforced - I went by what the fitters had that was cheap!
