i want it removed, is this a difficult job? sometimes my spacecruiser 2.lt G Reg will start other times more than it will not unless i get the light to green and jump it.

It won't be a factory fitted item. Toyota did not fit immobilisers to Spacecruisers. From reading your post it looks to me that you have a 'Scorpion' immobiliser fitted that operates via a electronic Key that turns the alarm from red armed mode to green start mode when the key if firmly pressed into its housing. Do not hold the key in the housing waiting for the LED to change to green. Press the key into the housing and then remove it, the LED should change from red to green. Your Space Cruiser should now start.
As for removing the immobiliser I would suggest you take it to your local car alarm specialist.
