I've just had a renewal quote from Direct Line for £565.00 fully comp. This has gone up by £200 because of two claims for bodywork damage. Can anyone recommend any cheaper insurance company, I'm getting a bit fed up with filling endless online insurance forms to be told they do not insure imports!

I just changed from Direct line to ''Footman James''.
They are a big broker for AXA i think. My Townie was no problem. I had one claim last year to declare and the premium was £238 - with full ncd.
Try them ?
