i have a 1990 townace, with a starting problem.glow plugs? after reading b.o.k. i have done a volt check 1 glow plug to good earth 8.8v for 6 to 8 sec. 6.5 volt after I hear the relay click I feel if i could get 8.8 longer it would start, or 10.5 volt for 6to8 secs please advice

Shouldn't be cold enough to really need the plugs if the compression is good and the timing is right. Are all the glowplugs OK?
