ALL I KNOW ABOUT THE ENGINE IS THAT THERE WAS SOME SMOKE AND THEN IT STOPPED .

This is all the information I can get on a no-goer Townie from the seller.

Could be anything. headgasket, timing belt, turbo, pump, or maybe just a blocked fuel pipe. Who knows?
