went to take my townie for a mot today (2 litre petrol auto super)

i've only had the car 2/3 weeks with no hassle and sods law it started overheating as i got to the mot centre.. made some seriously wierd gurgling noises.. anyways.. parked up at the centre.. looked at coolent level.. looked low and thought best thing is to let it cool down for afew hours before taking home..

came back a few hours later.. no water/coolent in it at all. tho apparant it was leaking from somewhere?

topped up.. drove home..again over heating..

now at first i thought the plastic bottle was leaking but now it's cooled down i'm not so sure...

thought of sticking some radwell in it but not sure which is the radiator cap!!

any ideas? also please does anybody know of a townie mechanic in crawley area??

dont know about the overheating problem but i can tell you the radiator cap is the small metal one on top of the radiator at the front of the engine.Check out Ace answers they should be able to help good luck
