plugs
leads
idle speed
choke
emissions
can not think of anymore but it is well worth having one done I have mine tuned just before the mot every year

well according to the Toyota factory manual,

oil level
airfilter
valve clearances
injection timing
idle and maximum speed adjustment.

realistically you'd also be checking or replacing the fuel filter as well, and depending on what if any complaints the customer has maybe doing a compression test and checking/ reshimming the injectors.
