Engine Repair Manual
Engine repair manual, Toyota Part No RM025E is a helpful publication for the 2C-T engine, obtainable from a local Toyota dealership. A 1985 publication, it only costs about £8.50, and is ESSENTIAL reading for any owner/mechanic. It covers all engine-related areas.
It is VERY comprehensive, much better than a Haynes manual (which we cannot get anyway). Gives torque settings and spanner sizes in the text - rather than you having to search for them in a massive table at the back! Deals with all aspects of the engine, fault diagnosis and rectification, and has much information, including wiring diagrams, on the alternator, starter, ancilliaries etc.
