Mason Alarm, Frequently Asked Questions.

Can I buy one? - I have just begun production of the "2007" version in the black box.

What types are available? - I can build 2007-style ones for Estimas and for two types of Townace (old shape with left-to-right temp gauge with dots, or new shape with solid line), or even "alarm only" if you don't want to improve the way your temp gauge reads.

Are they ex-stock? - Yes. I aim to despatch them, first class Royal Mail packet, the day after I receive you order. However at the moment I am making quite small batches if I can't keep up then I plan block further orders and indicate when stock will be available again.

How do I order one? - Here!

How do I pay? - Paypal, for despatch without delay. You don't need to have a Paypal account, or need to open one. Just use your cr/debit card. Let me know if you prefer to post me a cheque and I will give you the necessary details but I may delay despatch until I have cleared your cheque.

Can it be delivered through a letterbox? - Yes, this was a design requirement from the start, I know how annoying it is to have to make special arrangments to receive something. The packet is only about 30mm thick and will go through any reasonable letterbox.

What if I'm not satisfied or it doesn't work? - No quibble, money back. Just unplug the the alarm box from the cable and return it. You can safely leave the cable in the car, no need to get the dash out again. Alternatively I can investigate what's wrong and provide a unit which suits you.
